Book-a-book are ********. Do not buy online from them.

I placed an online order with Book-a-book on 15 Feb 2022 and paid for my order as well. Til today (17 March 2022) they have not delivered my order. I have sent numerous emails to them to which they just ignore. They have not responded to any of my emails. The contact number they have listed on their website does not work either so there is no other way of contacting them to even request a refund of my money. These are school textbooks that I bought and its th end of the 1st term and I still have not received them. Absolutely pathetic service.

These people are ********. Do not place orders online with them you will never get your order, refund or any communication from them.
