Book a Book are ********!!!

Book a book is an absolute ****. I have paid for the book, but no response on my millions of emails, no one online, and no one answers the phone. I have emailed to ask for my refund, but no answer. Clearly many people have been ****med. If only I had read up about them on hellopeter before buying the book.
