Book a Book are badly managed, don't buy from them!!!

Why are there still companies that takes your money but when you ask for a refund, they seem like non existent? I order on 8 April, no books, I cancelled and now have to waste time by phoning them daily (emails don't get answered), got the "sales manager's" number, no reply.
