Book a book - Appalling Service or **** ?

I ordered (and paid for) a book on 6th Oct. After emailing numerous times, they changed the status from "With Supplier" to "With Courier" (has now been with the courier for over 10 days). I have received no response from the numerous emails I have sent and none of the phone numbers work.

In my opinion, this is just a huge **** and people should avoid making any purchases from them.
