Book a Book

We ordered books from Book a Book we never received the books. We then emailed them to refund us, they said they would, we never received the money. It is a complete **** we all need to go to Ombudsman or the Star to report these people they can not get away with this, this is *****. We never read the reviews before, if we had we would never have ordered from them. These people need to be stopped in their tracks this is disgusting.
