Book a Book a nightmare bookstore!

Book a book has the worst service ever. I have ordered books on the 8th January 2024. They sent an email that my order is getting ready for delivery within a week. Since then they are not been answering calls and not responding to emails. I have sent them an email to cancel my order and refund me! That is if they still exist as their website is not working as well. I am very frustrated right now
