Book a Book a Big ****

I was horrified when I saw all the reviews of Book a Book - I agree a big big ****. I placed an order on 15 February 2022. I followed up numerous times with emails and once was lucky when a lady by the name of Neo answered to advise the book is on back order and will be deliver to them on Friday 11 March 2022 and to my address by Monday 14 March 2022. The sad reality is that this book was meant for a child in need, and I feel I let her down..

Horrible, disgraceful!!!
