Book a Book ****

Book a Book deserve a 0 rating.I ordered school books last week(initially all seemed legitimate - confirmation of order email , sms etc).I have tried to contact them but I have not been able to get hold of anyone at Book a Book despite having emailed all 3 emails addresses and having called their contact number at different times of the day for the last 3 days just for the calls to be cut.I entered my order number to try and track my parcel and it says the order number doesnt exist.What a DISGUSTING company - to ***** people's hard earned money under false pretences.Book a Book is a disgrace and I will be reporting them to the FNB ***** department.
