Book A Book

I wrote a review on the 19th April 2021 about my dilemma with Book A Book. Two books were ordered but only one was received. On the 20th the phone was answered I stated my query and was told they'll call me back but to date nothing has happened. I don't know what else to do to either get the outstanding book or a refund. Please, please help.
