Book a Book

Good day, I've had a terrible experience with book a book. An order was placed on 9 March 2021for 2 books with a delivery expected within 5 - 9 days as per their website plus 10 days due to Covid-19. Since the etd had expired I sent them e-mails because the phone line is never answered and there is no return phone call after leaving a message. One book was delivered on 14th April and still awaiting the delivery of the 2nd book. I have asked them to refund the money as I have secured these books elsewhere and the books were delivered within 2 days with a massive discount. There has been no response to my e-mails thus far. Please, please do not buy from this company. They are a disappointment. Books are ordered from them because they are needed and the prices seem good but the waiting period for the delivery of these books are way too long.
