Bogus company

I have ordered a book for my child on the 17th of April 2023 till now no form of communication regarding shipment of my order,I've been doing fone call and emails only answering machine response. Is the company legit or no stock because my child is in need of that book since I've been budgeting for it because I'm not employed. Is there a way I can get my refund back? My order number is (#***)
