Bad services from Book a Book

I bought and paid for a book (R716) on 6 April 2022 for a underprivileged student. I have tried everything to contact the company. They only responded now and then on there website chat platform promising I will receive the book. Up to date haven't I received anything and the term is almost over. I even requested to be refunded, but no response. I surely wiill never ever order anything from them.
