Bad Service from BOOKABOOK STORE Order #964864

Good day,

on the 16 March 2021 i order a book from this website.

They promised to deliver the book iin 3 to 5 working day which did not happen.

i then made an alternative 3 weeks later, bought the same book from another company.

I sent them an email asking for a refund.

Till today i have not head from them.

Their service is very very bad and i will never ever recommend anyone to buy books from this store.
