Bad Service!

Bad service! The website said I need to wait between 12-14 days for my order. 14 days passed the 4 February and I'm still waiting. Last week I was told I'll get my order 24 February, well - I'm still waiting.

No response to emails, and the phone just rings now answer. They just take your money. Won't buy from them again.
