Bad Service and False Promises

Terrible service. Ordered a book is September it is now October and still have not received the book. There is no way to contact them, as the phone number provided does not go through and they do not respond to emails. I need the book for academic purposes, so I need to purchase from another outlet and I am not confident I will be receiving any refund on the purchase I made.
