Bad customer service ever

I called book a book on Mon 03 Jan and I was told my order will be dispatched the following day,on Wed I called again and I was told today I will receive my books with tracking nr and when I call it's like someone answered the call but don't speak,I'm really disappointed cause I getting to believe what they were telling,I had hope that by now I will be having tracking nr.Schools are opening and I ordered on the 08 9f Dec 2021 my biggest mistake ever.
