Bad Business to deal with

I ordered books on the 21st December 2021. I made numerous calls to find out about delivery dates with little to no assistance from them. I later cancelled the order in the middle of January. Today is the 15th of February 2022 and I have still not received a refund. Do not use this company as they are unable to fullfill their orders. Everything is out of stock or awaiting suppliers. The phones are always not answered and there is definitely a lack of accountability and poor management. Rather pay the extra amount from other suppliers and receive your items.
