Absolutely Pathetic Service

I purchased a Grade 9 book 13 December 2023. The order stated "Pending". After numerous calls and emails, i have still not received my book. I called them several times, lucky to have had 2 calls answered, advising i would have received my book 8 January 2024 (status on website said at that time stated "Delivered"). Today i called again and was told they are checking on the dispatch. I will not receive this book but fighting to get my money back. Please do not use this company who claims to be in the online store business for 7 years. They do not hesitate to take you money but are pathetic with everything else.
