They advertise all the books saying despatch with 3-7 days - the you actually get an email saying you order is being prepared to dispatch, but after paying R325 for a book my child urgently needs for school - they don't respond to any emails or phone calls. Shame on these people for steeling other peoples money who cannot afford it. Truly disgusting !!!
