I placed an order for 5 uni textbooks in February. Paid in full and to date have only received 1 textbook. This is absolutely disgusting. I spoke to Ketiwe on 1 March who promised that the books would be dispatched by Friday 4 March since then nothing. They do not reply to their chat service. All phone calls go unanswered. Will not recommend them to anyone. If you are thinking of buying from them DON'T!
