1 star rating is a lot for bookabook

A 1 star rating is not even justified, ordered school books from bookabook last year December and on the 3rd week of January a couple of days after schools have opened the books haven’t been delivered.

I follow up via email no response, I call the customer care very rude lady took my call and by the end of the call she said they will be delivered before the end of the week that was the week of the 8th and to end the call she shared a refund option and I have since taken the refund route via email because sales can only be reached by email and no reply at all.

Don’t know if bookabook is a **** site or not, but I do know that they could pick up my order number when I called, as for other people buying from this establishment, I strongly advise against it.
