Shocking Service and no delivery

<p>i placed an order with Book matches Sa over 6 weeks ago and paid a deposit. i have made all the contact with promise oafter promise. now there is not even any communication from the owners side after i requested a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>on the website thet talk about 14 days delivery from time of order. in this case no deliver and took my deposit!</p>
