DO NOT USE Book direct as it is a *****ulent business.
Book direct debited my account using PayFast, my only option is to cancel my card and try to get the money back. This means I need to get a new credit card and go to the bank which is a real waste of time. Mike who runs book direct does not answer emails. They do not have a phone number to contact. STAY AWAY!

After investigation, it would seem that you a year ago you subscribed to our service which was R450.00 per year. The system we use is payfast subscriptions which will automatically renew your subscription.
I am surprised that you can call my business ********** even if you did not outright spell it out as this was the package you chose. Furthermore, i emailed you and you responded and i said i would investigate the matter.
Very disappointing that clients can write such reviews without having all the correct information. As stipulated in my email to you i will gladly refund the R450 subscription fee.
