Quick response and great service

I bought a book from Book Depository that I needed ASAP and it was very disappointing to discover that they having trouble delivering books in South Africa, they didn't know when I will get my book. I emailed to them and explained why I needed them to cancel my order and refund. The rep**** me in less than 24 hrs and refunded within that 24 hrs of receiving my email. Nicole from Customer service acted very quickly and kept me a happy customer.
