Non-existent service

Admittedly placed order only 2 weeks ago, but have been unable to trace its whereabouts other than "Dispatched". Tried to get into their tracing system and was unable. I should have 'smelt a rat' from the low price and the highly touted free delivery anywhere in the world. I've seen MANY negative reviews on Hello Peter.
