Good customer service, but books do not arrive in SA

Cons: - Books not received (very NB: their free delivery is NOT via courier. It is using the normal postal service. This may work for some countries but I think this is why they never arrive to South African customers!) - I had to wait 2 months and confirm books never arrived before being able to log a refund

Pros: - Considering the above, I found the customer service to be GOOD. Prompt responses and no questions asked when the time came that I was allowed to ask for a refund - I was indeed refunded. Money is back in my bank account.
