Pathetic Service

I must say that I am really disappointed in Book Bound.<br> My son Ethan Daniels who is in Grade 7 at Summit College is unable to do any school work or study due to Book Bound apparently having problems with their website which they are note sure when will be resolved<br> I have called for assistance and so far I have gotten nothing, I called and was told that I will called back which never happened, I had to call them back and still got no assistance I asked why was I not called back as I was told, the answer was \because u called 5 minutes before knock off time\" :( <br> I must say that so far the customer service is pathetic.<br> Its so funny that Book Bound is so calm about this yet as a parent I am so worried as my son is unable to do anything without his books, exams are coming up in a week and because of not having the books we are unprepared.<br> How is it possible that I am unable to access books that I have paid for? I keep getting told to delete and install Adobe which is not helping me at all in anyway instead It just keeps eating data.<br> I need help I don't need to be given the run around.<br> should anyone feel like resolving this issue you can contact me on *** - Kim Daniels"
