shocking service
I used Book a Bakkie for 24h and drove 60km,<br> they charged me for 2 days when i used the car for 24h and found 181km excess on my bill, trying to talk to them was impossible as in it was my fault.<br> I was not informed about the rentals they let anybody sign for the car and are trying to charge me over R3000 to use a VW caddy to drive 60km in 24h<br> they said my deposit would be paid between 5-7 working days and 2 weeks later i am still waiting<br> I would not recommend this service to anybody
