Integrity of BonusHealth

BonusHealth was bad mouthed by Mr Jean Roos after BonusHealth honoured Mr Jean Roos's request, received on 26th June 2020 to cancel his Membership with Medihelp with effect 30th June 2020,and which was done by Medihelp. According to the rules and regulations of Medihelp, the contribution debit orders are loaded on the 20th or 21st of each month and send to the relevant banks. BonusHealth is not in the position to intervene in the Bank/Medical Scheme contribution process. Mr Roos will be refunded by Medihelp once Medihelp's allocation process has been done.
