vw team at mokopane talking forever to fix my car

I had a breakdown on the 28 of January 2016 and my car was towed to vw at mokopane (Bonus Motor). They did the quotation and diagnosis and the problem was a water pump which needed to be replaced, i called and made folow ups and Anche whom is my service advisor told me that they are still waiting for the parts which they ordered. On monday the 15th of february 2016 i went to the workshop and she told me that the parts are back now but the car will be ready maybe by the end of the week she will call me soon and update me and she never called untill i called her on thursday 19th of feb and she said sorry they haven't done anything on my car, it is too busy on the workshop they have many cars that they have to attend to and right now she have a client so she will check and call me back before the end of the day and she never called. My concern is that my car have been there for almost 3 weeks now and nothing have been done to it only the diagnosis. And the lady keeps on telling me that they are very busy at the dealer they have many cars to attend to, i mean for God's sake my car have been there since the 28th of january and it only needs just replacement of water pump.
