Poor print job!

I used Bontlengpak for some candle boxes the 1st time around the boxes were good, even though the size was wrong, I was happy. The second time around the color was wrong (I al willing to take the blame) but what really upsets me, is that all of the boxes was printed scew, and he simply said he will not refund me or print the boxes over. This is a production fault and as a business owner he should come to some sort of agreement to atleast redo my boxes as this humanly is impossible for it to be my fault. He is simply not refunding me and I just lost a lot of money!
