My mother purchase a Pair of Nike sneakers, but chose to return them before they were delivered. On delivery day, we made the courier aware and they took the shoes to the wrong storage facility. On contact from my mother, I fetched the Shoes at one Courier Guy establishment and took it to the right one, to which the Online-store owner acknowledged receiving the shoes.

He then promised to refund the shoes within 14 days but is now ducking and diving. To make matters worse, tells my mother to go report the matter to the police station and give the case number to him to send forward to his lawyers. All she simply asks for is her refund. We have all screenshots etc.
