BONSANO BEWARE

Looks like this company is struggling to service its customers..my mother has funeral service which used to be with Old Mutual...this company took this service and went on their own...they are totally unreachable, emails to contact persons supp**** by Old Mutual bounce. Their fees went up, debit orders go off monthly from my elderly mother, a pensioner's bank account, but no service or contact from this company.
