Bons mosselbaai.

Where do i begin? We as friends were on vacation (23/12/2021) and were treated horribly!! We as a group were sober and played pool. Exactly at 22:23 bouncers came down on us and shouted get out! Still with drinks in our hands. We asked them why we could not finish our pool game since lockdown was only at 23:00?? The bouncer instantly took all out ***** and pocketed them (were only 3 left) he proceded to try and subdue my friend telling him that we only wanted to play our pool game to a close. He instantly grabbed him behind the neck, dragged him out and pepper sprayed him with pepper spray for good measure (Me, A few friends girls included). In the altercation the manager shouted "jy gaan ge p#€s word" while my friend was dragged out and pepper sprayed.

Bons has everything on camera but im sure would not be made available for public. We tried talking to the manager afterwards on the street, we were told that we were going to suffer the same fate as our friend. Eventualy we talked and he admitted it was a mistake bit still told us to sue him and he does not care, try our best.

Point im trying to make is that they are not there to make it a pleasing experience for there clients, when in mossel bay PEOPLE SHOULD RATHER GO TO BAKGAT FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
