No service at all

I bought a blind which doesn't work like it should. <br> The technical service was useless. (to get spare parts should take more then 3 weeks)<br> I wrote an email to the company and ask for a Chat about this problem I had with the management.<br> I didn't received any respond.<br> I wrote a letter to the CEO - also no respond.<br> <br> What are customers to this Company????
