Unhappy Client - NCR Reg

I have paid R3500 for Bonmas Consulting to register my company with the NCR. I submitted all the required documents. 3 months, received feedback that my company has been registered but i still do not have the registration certificate. I called and spoke to them regarding the certificate and i was told to phone NCR myself to obtain my certificate. The registration came after waves and waves of follow ups and calls to them.
