Zakhele Hadebe, the call center agent is a star!!

This review is about Zakhele Hadebe, the call centre agent. After much back and forth with so many call centre agents and the clinical staff from Bonitas, Zakhele Hadebe was such a breath of fresh air. He took time to understand my questions. He went out of his way to make sure my query was resolved. He stayed on a conference call with me and one of the clinical staff. Whenever he spoke of something he would email it to me so that I was on the same page as him. You can tell by the way he does his job that he truly loves it and he is passionate about it.
