Your chronic medication service provider sucks
After nunerous enquiries to Pharmacy Direct we get no joy. This is completely unacceptable. Not even half of my mother's medication has been delivered. If it were not needed, it would not be prescribed as chronic if not continuously required. No communication received from you just some of the medication.
This is unaccepatavle Pharmacy Direct. I reserve my legal right.
