After finding out that my medical aid had at least increased with more than R700 I contacted Charmaine Mlhangeni who is our correspondent here at work to find out why such a huge amount. she has since not even bothered to respond to my calls and chats. I called the contact center and it was explained that i was loaded on the highest salary band because i had not filled in the income declaration which i never received correspondence of. I tried to check on my emails and there is nothing there. I think this is why you have this Chamaine to liaise with with us should there be any changes on the medical aid. almost everyone at work is complaining. I guess *****ing peoples money after they were loyal members isthe best way to thank them???
