I guess you never really know what you are actually covered for until you need the cover, and that's where the agents who inform us about the covers and benefits need to be trained in that department. I found myself having to pay out of funds because I was not advised of certain exclusions in my plan. The whatsapp line is supposed to be the more convenient line however I was placed in queue with no consultant calling me even though I was number 1 in the queue. The ticket ended up being closed with no consult. When I contacted the call Centre, wow amazing service! The answered all my questions as best as they could ofcourse. Kudos to them, I think I will use that line instead of the whatsapp line
