Yearly increase but benefits decrease
My Fiance tested her eyes the past weekend at specsafers, the lady at specsafers came to us and said that the madical aid only cover R350 for the frame and the eye test of R400 ,but we have to pay the anti glare another R799 and the frame is R790 we need to pay in on the frame R440, two years ago everything was payd for when she got her first set of precsription specticals.
Now i for one can not understand how there is a yearly increase but the benefits decrease, absolutely unacceptable, i pay over R4000 a month for this medical aid and this is how they treat there loyal members.
I have been a member since 2013/06/01, unaccaptable.
