Wrongful termination
On the 28th December 2018 we got our message from Bonitas with our e card that we can use and that our medical aid is effective from the 1st of January 2019 and today the 29 th of December we get a message from Bonitas that our medical aid membership has been terminated a day after we get told we have been accepted. How does this work and when i try phone the number they gave us they say we are only open monday to friday so what must i do now?
