Wrong Information from call centre agent at Bonitas
I have sent 2 complaints via the Bonitas member portal on 14th November regarding the wrong information given to me by their call centre agent. She informed me to go ahead with X-Rays at Bedford Gardens hospital as I was covered for 1 X-Ray on the Wellness Extender Benefit option. This turned out to be '**** news' as the X-Ray Dept said I was not covered and wanted me to pay R3200 out of my own pocket! I have had NO reply to my complaint! The call centre agents couldn't care less or they are poorly trained!

Now all of a sudden you respond within an hour on this forum ?
Is this the only way to get your attention?
I eagerly await your informed response to my original question as to why I was given the wrong information re my X-Rays and hence my wasted trip to the doctor,not to mention the R1000 I had to pay him for a consultation without any X-Rays!
