Wrong information

I would like to complain about the mis-information provided by bonitas call centre.according to my membership and details on the internet I qualify for funds to see a dietician but when I called to inquire and confirm I was told otherwise. This is false advertising and as soon as this year is done I will be cancelling and telling everyone I know not to with bonitas. They are a bunch of **********. I had to pay out of pocket due to false information.
