Wrong debit order start date

My join date is the 1st of October. You took the 1st installment this month for a service im not using. Can you please refund my contribution for this month. You took it one month to early.

Is there any update..... I need my money back... I spent so much Airtime calling you. My airtime just died while someone was busy messaging Finance to refund me.

I was told I have a credit. Can you please refund my money ASAP and please acknowledge my request.
