Wow keep on dissapointing

I see that there are multiple complaint about the deductions this month and I am in the same boat. An extra 1791.00 was to be deducted and when this did not go trough they suspended my benefits... Really I am 7 months pregnant I can not afford to not have a medical aid at any given moment. We even went in to the walk in center in December to submit my salary advice and the consultant told me we have everything we needed and I would not have any problems with the medical aid as it has been handled on time yet I am now sitting with no benefits. Bonitas even care so much they don't really respond to each person on their own on Hellopeter they copy and paste the same message to everyone. Really Bonitas I recommended you to everyone I know I now regret it.<br> <br> You have a lot of dissatisfied clients at this moment please pay more attention to us as we are the ones paying the wages you work for.<br> <br> Regardless of this fairly ugly mess thank you for the great service I received all the other times it is appreciated more than you know.
