Worst unresponsive money grubbing Medical aid

<p>Evening ladies and gents,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was requested to send my medical aid documentation proving my salary - unfortunately the Hotmail account receiving this had been dormant.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then received an sms months later threatening to put me in the highest salary bracket and taking the amount related to this out of my account, to which I provided ALL the necessary documents to prove which new salary bracket and payment I fell into.</p> <p>Of course I would pay more with my new salary this new year, but the time came for my debit order to come off and low and behold I had been put in the highest bracket, the MAXIMUM amount coming off. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is only my second job, so a substantial amount like that coming off affects us badly, so I had sent a cancellation of my medical aid with the documents the previous month. I have yet to be cancelled after calling and mailing, so the maximum amount will no doubt come off next month EVEN AFTER the required documents have been provided. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please avoid this provider, as I have no hair left to pull out. </p>
