Worst Service recieved ever.

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>First of all, I commend Bonitas on their service</p> <p>Waiting 52 minutes for the supervisor , that is if there is one at work , has reached a new level of Pathetic , *********** service</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned the call centre ( REF 141216Q2****) - one of the 6 calls I made </p> <p>I received an email back (121216Q21ZFX ) confirming my contribution to be R3159 .00 which is ridiculous - this is double the amount that I have been paying ! I have been paying R1800.00 for me and my husband.</p> <p>I have sent my income verification as requested</p> <p>They told me that they are taking the highest income value between me and my husband - But If you go and have a look at the previous year income verification and the year before that - They used my salary to work out the contribution - and it was less than my husbands.</p> <p>They never then worked on my husbands salary - SO why is it different this year ?</p> <p> </p> <p>I work on a basic, and I only earn commission if I do the work </p> <p>My Commission differs each month , and If I dont work - I dont earn commission </p> <p>Each year they have been working out my contribution on my basic salary , and not my spouses - So I want to know why have this changed ? </p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested OVER AND OVER that somebody in a higher position call me back , but I get empty promises and pathetic service from the call centre, and if it takes a consultant 52 minutes to reach a supervisor, I wonder how long am I going to wait to get called back ??????</p>
