Worst service in South Africa

After several email attempts these past two months, requesting them to contact me regarding my medical condition as well as my options, they just respond with their email with a reference number. Four days later they will send an email, explaining that they did contact you on your phone, but no answer. Some emails said I was contacted in the morning and in the next paragraph, it was in the afternoon. All of this is a lie and it is just the same response, unprofessional and unacceptable.
