Worst service imaginable.

To say that I am frustrated with the service I have been receiving from Bonitas Medical Aid is an understatement. The extent of mediocrity is really disturbing. In an attempt to inquire about the status of a previously submitted letter of motivation by my doctor, I dedicated over one hour to a telephonic conversation. I am hoping that the present inquiry will receive due consideration. I must state, however, that Eric, the consultant who provided assistance, tried much effort to the fullest extent of his capabilities. Despite my increasing agitation, he maintained a composed and collected attitude.
